Featured Guest Appearance: The Heart Centered Woman Show
The featured guest will appear as a 90-minute featured guest on Live With Marcy and Amy: The Heart-Centered Woman show. We will spotlight the featured guest in a conversational interview format, guided by questions provided by the guest.
All promotional materials (including copy, graphics, and relevant links) for email and social media promotion must be provided to Amy Schadt and Marcy Neumann no later than one (1) month prior to the scheduled show date.
Amy and Marcy will promote the show to The Heart-Centered Woman mailing list, as well as their individual community mailing lists.
Amy, Marcy, and the featured guest will each provide three (3) pre-recorded promotional videos for social media promotion, which may also be used in email marketing.
Two (2) replay emails, including access to free downloadable gifts, will be distributed within 24 hours of the live show and will remain accessible to the community for 48 hours.
Amy Schadt and Marcy Neumann will also facilitate and direct the conversation to ensure the guest’s VIP offer is clearly discussed, explained, and presented to the audience.
A replay link, along with replay copy and graphics, will be provided to the featured guest for immediate distribution.
The featured guest will receive a full recording of the show and may repurpose the content, provided proper credit is given to Live With Marcy and Amy: The Heart-Centered Woman and hosts Marcy Neumann and Amy Schadt.
The featured guest will receive a three (3) month sponsorship placement on the opt-in page of LiveWithMarcyandAmy.com.
The featured guest agrees to provide one (1) free downloadable gift for audience registrants.

The Deep Dive Workshop will be scheduled within ten (10) days of the featured guest’s appearance on The Heart-Centered Woman show.
The featured guest will deliver a 90-minute live, free workshop for the audience.
A workshop outline must be provided by the featured guest using the official HCW workshop template.
The workshop will include a live audience Q&A at the conclusion of the session, facilitated exclusively for live attendees.
All promotional materials (email and social media copy and graphics) for the workshop will be created and provided by The Heart-Centered Woman (HCW) team.
HCW will distribute promotional materials to its public and private communities.
Amy, Marcy, and the featured guest will each provide three (3) pre-recorded promotional videos to promote the workshop.
The featured guest may present a paid offer (valid for up to one year) to workshop attendees up to three (3) times during the workshop.
The featured guest must provide all graphics, copy, and details of the paid offer no later than three (3) weeks prior to the workshop.
The featured guest is responsible for providing their own landing page and purchase link.
The live Q&A portion will not be recorded and may include limited mini-coaching at the discretion of the featured guest.
Replay email copy, social media graphics, and promotional copy will be provided by HCW.
The workshop replay will be housed in the Live With Marcy and Amy: The Heart-Centered Woman VIP Evergreen Library and offered for purchase.
The featured guest will receive workshop copy for future use or resale without affiliate obligation to the co-hosts. The Q&A portion will be excluded for privacy purposes.
