She is the founder of Hope’s Dwelling, a life, grief crisis coaching business located in the Cayman Islands, that she started in 2018 after the loss of her father.
Rhonda also has over 21 years of experience working in the tourism industry where she honed skills such as customer service, relationship management, working with diverse teams and populations and crisis management. These are some of the skills that make her a coach that quickly builds strong, robust partnerships with clients to pave the way for success.
Rhonda is a trained Mental Health First Aider. She is trained as a crisis response chaplain with a specialization in Techniques for Delivering Bad News. She has also provided crisis support to tourists experiencing traumatic events during visits to her home island of Grand Cayman.
